Phil Kelley

Phil is a good friend to many people. He has a dynamic personality. Phil has done a lot to make the End of the Pavement an interesting place. He will never back down from a confrontation but is usually just a big happy camper. He isn't afraid to give his buddies a big grizzly bear hug!

This is a picture of Phil and a large wild hog that he shot while hunting a couple years ago in Towns County. His friends have hoisted it up and helped to gut it. The pork chops were very tasty. Phil and his wife, Theresa, have fed the crowd at the End of the Pavement many times. They are both good cooks and have put on many a fish fry. They like to travel and regularly visit Cape Hatteras, North Carolina.

Phil and Theresa are a good looking couple. Phil is very outgoing and Theresa is calm and collected. It's the truth that opposites attract. Phil and Theresa are well known around here as hard working, honest people. They have added a lot to the End of the Pavement by just being themselves. They both know how to have a good time. Phil and Theresa live in Towns Country where they own a professional painting business.
