Ralph Harkins

Ralph Harkins

Ralph is missed by many people including all of his friends at The End of the Pavement. He was a real mountain man. Ralph could be a character right out of a Mark Twain novel, but his personality wasn't fiction. It was real life adventure.

Ralph again.

Ralph had many friends. He treated everyone the same and knew no strangers. He lived an interesting life. Originally from Blairsville, he worked for years in Marietta, Georgia, before coming home. He had many tales to tell. Ralph was a stone mason and did beautiful, quality work that will out last us all.

Ralph after a shave.

Here is a rare photograph of Ralph after a shave! He looked good with or without his facial hair. Ralph always liked the ladies and they liked him, too. Ralph could throw a Horseshoe. He had a unique style of throwing a shoe sideways, kind of like a frisbee. People won't forget you, Ralph! Your spirit lives on.
