Diane and Tony Win!

The Winners line up for a picture!

Special congratulations go to three End of the Pavement players that won trophies. First, Grapell Rich, who played a great game! She pretty much had to get a ringer with every throw to beat the competition. That's her in the yellow plaid shirt. Then there's Diane Cunningham and Tony Rich (to the right). They prove that The End of the Pavement players can compete with the best! They all played with great determination and skill. Trophies were given to first and second place, women's and men's, doubles and singles.

Hambone and Gomer

Notice how they had a backboard behind the pits. The End of the Pavement doesn't use backboards. When a Horseshoe hits the backboard it is dead (no longer counts as a point). At the End of the Pavement all shoes can count...if the closest shoe to the stob is 20 feet away it gets the point.
